New Post: How to import via CSV?

To get the csv import option to work, you need to create a single row csv file with each value separated by a comma

i.e:
Option1, Option2, Option3, Option4, Option5

not:
Option1
Option2
Option3
Option4
Option5

I haven't managed to get the Excel option to work though - has anyone else had success with this?
